Your uploads already have a profile under your name. Pick a password and it is yours. This can be done once; after that it is locked to you.
Claims are posted to the Haven Discord, so a mistaken one gets caught and reversed.
Use the Haven Extractor? Pair it on the Haven map and your profile is claimed for you.
